Ken Badger, Dana Lipps, and the entire office at Harbour House Insurance (located in Noblesville, Indiana) are fantastic. I have not changed my car or home insurance for 25 years, but after Ken did a rate comparison on my auto and homeowners - I found I got much better coverage for less money. The company they partnered me with was "SafeCo", an industry icon, so I feel the change does not bring any risk. I don't every want to have to use my insurance, but it's nice to know I am more solidly covered now. My only regret is that I wished I had shopped around sooner. Give them a call. If Ken can't help you, he'll tell you right away.

Ken, Dana, and Tara are phenomenal. They have always answered questions for me within hours if not minutes. They are personable, thourough, and have great integrity. They actually make insurance fun. When I needed commercial liability coverage in 24 hours, they got it done without batting an eye. When I wanted to change my auto insurance from full coverage to liability only, they didn't try to talk me out of it, though I'm sure it cost them a little. When we had to make a claim, they checked in with me every step of the way. Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
