Recent fender benders with both of my vehicles were handled smoothly and professionally. A billing issue was also handled to my satisfaction. (Elizabeth is clearly the hub on which this wheel rotates)

I was not thrilled with the previous company I was using for my commercial insurance and decided one day to pop in the office and see if this would be a good fit. I was immediately greeted by Dana and helped. She has continued to help me and get things added and changed and sent over faster than I ever expected and were on a serious time constraint in order to keep doing daily operations. She absolutely knocked it out of the park for me. I also was impressed by the knowledge from her and the team in regard to homeowners insurance (we deal with restoration claims) and the way they were explaining policies to individuals over the phone and in their office is stuff I always make sure to tell homeowners to discuss with their agents because a lot of the time it is missed or looked over. I am so glad I decided to stop in the office and so glad Dana was in to assist me and continue to assist me!
